In our pre-designed programs or set departure trips, the cost quoted normally does not include the follow:International flight transfers
Any food or beverage consumption outside of the meals stated in the detailed itinerary
Extra tipping to trip leaders, drivers, or local guides
International travel insurance and medical coverage (if none at the time of registration, it is strongly recommended to purchase one before the departure date)
Secondary entrance fees to sites
Any entertainment and recreational activities that is not stated in the detailed itinerary
All personal expenses such as laundry service, phone calls, room service etc.
Accommodation Standards:
We understand that a certain level of accommodation comfort is expected by our guests.¡¡Unless a special budget is given to us by the customer, we normally chose the best available hotels or lodgings at the best location in a given city or town that comply with the relevant industry standards. To make your trips more memeorable, we may sometimes choose to accommodate you at the local guest houses or inns with unique characteristics, provided that they are safe, comfortable, and clean.¡¡For some special trips where we take you out into the wilderness, it is possible that we may be staying with locals inside their homes, yurts, or camping in tents.¡¡The type of accommodation during a trip can also be a very special part of the overall travel experience, and we would always select the most appropriate style of accommodation to complete your
experience.
Health and Safety
Throughout our trips, we will always put your health and safety before anything else.¡¡Therefore, under unsafe circumstances, such as natural disasters or epidemic outbreak etc., we have the right to alter a trip¡¯s itinerary or cancel a trip and shall provide you with refund for that part of the trip which is cancelled minus any incurred cost.¡¡Besides our domestic insurance which covers you up to RMB 300,000, it is also highly recommended that you have extra international medical and accident insurance coverage.¡¡It is also your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions and/or food allergies that you may have, so that we would be able to evaluate your suitability for a particular trip, and to take extra precautions during the trip to ensure your safety and welfare.¡¡

Payment, Cancellation, Refund Policy
All trip reservations must be made by paying min 30% deposit of the total price of the reserved trips with the remaining amount to be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.¡¡Trip cancellations by the customer between 7 to 1 days before the departure date are subject to a 25% service charge minus the any non-refundable cost which has already incurred.¡¡Domestic airlines have different charges for ticket refunds and alterations depending on the category of the tickets purchased. Train tickets have a 20% penalty charge for refunds, and non-refundable service charge of RMB 50 per ticket. Most hotels have a 24 hour cancelation policy, but may charge the first night¡¯s accommodation cost as penalty for cancelations made during peak travel periods. All cancelations made 24 hours or less before the departure date are subject to a penalty charge of 50% of the total amount paid for the land portion of the trip, minus any non-refundatble costs.¡¡
We reserve the right to charge customers a re-scheduling fee for any trip reservations that are requested to be re-scheduled by the customer through no fault on our part. If a customer has commenced on a trip¡¯s itinerary but does not continue for the entirety of the scheduled trip, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of a percentage of the total price of the reserved trip, with this amount of refund being reduced pro-rata to the number of days that the customer has actually spent on the scheduled trip.
Liabilities
Before you join one of our trips, it is your responsibility to fully understand any risks that maybe involved in the program¡¯s activities.¡¡We do not take any responsibilities for accidents or injuries that occur during a trip and that is caused by unsafe or negligent conduct on the customer¡¯s part, or through a customer engaging in activities outside of our travel programs. As we value our relationship with our customers, any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiations prior to taking further formal action.
